Student Agreement
As a student, I agree to fulfill my responsibilities to the curriculum and to my facilitator by participating in all required activities and staying accountable to finish my assignments. I also agree to attend a Strategic Life Training Intensive at the beginning of the course year.

No deposit required. In order for your application to be complete, we need a recommendation from your facilitator. If you submit your application online, an email will be sent to them with the form to fill out and return to us. You will receive email confirmation from us when both of these items are received.
Housing and Transportation
Please choose from the following options:
I will be staying in a hotel, or have made other arrangements. I do not need housing or transportation.
