As a student, I agree to fulfill my responsibilities to the curriculum and to my facilitator by participating in all required activities and staying accountable to finish my assignments. I also agree to attend an Intensive before beginning the course.
For networking purposes, I authorize the release of my email address to fellow students & facilitators only.
In order for your application to be complete, we must receive your facilitators recommendation and full payment for the course upon registration, unless you have signed up for a payment plan,
in which case we must receive the deposit. For BLS students your BLS100 exit exam and BLS200 entry exam are required as well.
