The GoStrategic Weekend is an invitation-only retreat for current students, alumni, and emissaries. All invitees have received an invitation via email or mail. Spouses are welcome. Registrations without an invitation will be cancelled & refunded less a $10 cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.

The retreat will feature an intimate atmosphere with time for fellowship, processing, and prayer. The meetings will include teaching from Dennis Peacocke and other special guests with a flexible structure and room for the Holy Spirit to lead. The goals of this event are fellowship and connection among attendees, continued training and transformation, as well as refueling and strategy for what lies ahead. In addition to our meeting times together, there will be optional activities including guided prayer walks, golf, and numerous on-site and nearby amenities such as the beach, spa, pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and free shuttle service to local attractions. View Resort

REGISTRATION:

All registrations include 2-night hotel stay (Fri & Sat nights; checkout Sun; all taxes & fees included), event attendance, welcome reception, two lunches, and one dinner.

• $1000 Single Occupancy Registration: includes Event + Hotel Accommodations for 1 person in 1 room
• $1300 Double Occupancy Registration: includes Event + Hotel Accommodations for 2 people in 1 room
• $250 Deposit with Payment Plan: Secure your Single or Double Occupancy reservation with a $250 deposit. Full balance due by September 1st. Click here to set up your custom payment plan. Due to added administration time, see adjusted refund policy below.

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Meeting & Prayer

SATURDAY 9/28:
Morning: Optional Guided Prayer Walk
9:00 am – 1:30 pm: Meeting; Interactive Sessions; Lunch
6:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Dinner & Meeting

SUNDAY 9/29:
Morning: Optional Guided Prayer Walk
9:00 am – 11:30 am: Meeting

REFUND POLICIES:

REFUNDS FOR UPFRONT PAYMENT:
Cancellation by July 1st: Full refund less $25 processing fee.
Cancellation by August 15th: Full refund less $65 cancellation fee.
Cancellation after August 15th: No refund, however, reservation is transferable.

REFUNDS FOR PAYMENT PLANS:
Cancellation by July 1st: Full refund less $50 processing fee.
Cancellation by August 15th: Full refund less $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation after August 15th: No refund, however, reservation is transferable.
