Travel & Events Update

It’s been a busy season of travel and ministry connections! In September, GoStrategic CEO, Katherine Gallagher, had the honor of attending the Global Strategy Forum in Bankok, Thailand, a Christian think and action tank initiated by the World Evangelical Alliance. Associated with the Lausanne Movement, it represents a broad diversity of experts from many countries, traditions, and cultures, united by a shared vision, mission, and faith. Thanks to several new relationships forged over the past year, Katherine was blessed to receive both the invitation and sponsorship to attend this event, where ministry leaders from diverse nations gathered to network and collaborate on tangible projects. It was a wonderful opportunity to engage with high-level leaders and dynamic thinkers, and we are in faith that these new relationships will foster fruitful partnerships for the ministry. Katherine expects to see many of the Forum attendees again at the 2025 ARC Conference in London, which she will be attending for the second year in a row, along with Dennis Peacocke, who will attend for the first time. We are expectant that these strategic connections will continue to propel GoStrategic into this new season of relationships and expansion.

In October, Katherine was invited to speak at the INT-STEP Conference in Kampala, Uganda. INT stands for the Institute for National Transformation, a non-profit organization developing leaders of integrity for the purpose of transforming communities and nations. STEP stands for Strategic Transformation and Empowerment Platform, signifying the event’s focus on progressive action with a destination in mind. This 5-day conference rallied leaders from various locations and sectors to innovate solutions for Africa’s complex socio-economic challenges.

Professor Vincent Anigbogu, the Institute’s Director General, is a friend of GoStrategic and was an honored speaker at the Cape Town, South Africa Transforum in March 2024. He shares a testimony that, after years of teaching analytical chemistry in universities in the US, his heart for the transformation of Africa led him to return to Nigeria to devote full-time effort toward the development of leaders with a desire to affect national change. This conference was the embodiment of that passion and an opportunity to create connection and collaboration in support of these efforts and they intend to partner more directly with our schools in the future.

In mid-November, GoStrategic Founder, Dennis Peacocke, spoke at the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL) Master Builders Global Gathering in Dallas, Texas, sharing on his book, On the Destiny of Nations. Both he and Katherine attended the event and met with numerous leaders, including ID2R’s Xavier Dufour from France and ID2R President, Jean-Marc Potenti, who was honored with a meritorious service award for excellence in promoting the apostolic movement in Europe. On November 15-17, we hosted the second ever GoStrategic Weekend alumni retreat in the beautiful beach town of Hilton Head, South Carolina. This special gathering brought together a cross section of global alumni for an intimate time of sharing, interactive exercises, prayer, and reflection. Both Dennis and Adam Peacocke taught and worked together to flow with the Holy Spirit. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect more deeply on a relational level, delve into the Word, and focus on hearing from the Lord. Alumni, we hope you’ll plan to join us for the next exclusive retreat to be held in California in 2026!

GoCitizen Pilot Groups

Since the fall of 2023, dozens of leaders have faithfully taken part in pilot groups for our new School of Kingdom Citizenship. Playing a critical role in refining the GoCitizen course for its public launch in January 2025, the feedback from these students has been integral in finalizing the curriculum. The creation and development of these 40 audio/video lessons and accompanying outlines, homework, and reading assignments has been a labor of love, and we are incredibly excited about the amazing content that has been produced. Filling a much-need gap in Christian education, the curriculum will address such issues as our role in discipling nations, strategic public policies, law and ethics, economics, globalism, critical thinking in the information age, community engagement, education, environmental stewardship, and so much more. We can’t wait to share it with you! Click the links below to learn more, and get ready to join us in the new year.
