America Reads the Bible
GoStrategic was honored to serve as a ministry partner for the America Reads the Bible event held April 18-25, 2026 at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. Led by Christians Engaged, this national Scripture-reading initiative was timed to coincide with the 250th anniversary of the United States and designed to stir the hearts of Americans to engage more deeply with the Word of God.
Representing GoStrategic in the reading was CEO Katherine Gallagher. She was supported by Directors of Facilitation Ken and Faith Negvesky and Administrative Assistant Bella Peacocke who attended the event in person.
For seven consecutive days, from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night, more than 400 readers participated in a continuous reading of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. No commentary—just the Word in its entirety.
Bunni Pounds, the Visionary & Organizer behind America Reads the Bible, reflects, “There has been a famine in the land of the Word of God in America. We identified it and fed the people. The people of God need real bread in simplicity without fanfare, and our readers gave that to them. I believe this content will be played in homes nonstop for years to come, and it will have an eternal impact.”
The event reached more than one million viewers during its live broadcast week and continues to impact additional audiences through video replays. For those attending in person, the presence of the Holy Spirit and the weight of the Word were unmistakable.

The GoStrategic Weekend
We hosted The GoStrategic Weekend, April 9–12, 2026 in Sonoma County, California, home of GoStrategic’s international headquarters. This special weekend gathered alumni and long-time supporters from across the country for focused time together and, in particular, with our founders, Dennis and Jan Peacocke.
At the opening reception, attendees were invited to introduce themselves according to the decade in which they first connected with Dennis and Jan Peacocke and/or the ministry of GoStrategic. Going back to the 1970s and spanning more than five decades, participants shared stories of connection and the ongoing fruit of applying Kingdom principles in their lives.
The weekend included personal teaching from Dennis, ministry vision and updates from CEO Katherine Gallagher, a special interview with Dennis and Jan, as well as meaningful times for relational connection among participants.
Another highlight was a special session led by Adam Peacocke and Susie Lipps of Conversations in the Vineyard. They discussed the parallels between spiritual formation in our own lives and springtime growth in the vineyard from a horticultural perspective, drawing particular insight from John 15. It proved to be a very rich and revelatory experience!
